Kirk Spangenberg is President of Aerospace and Defense at Accio3D, where he leads the company’s engagement with the U.S. Department of Defense and defense industrial base partners. He is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel with 28 years of distinguished service, most recently commanding Marine Depot Maintenance Command, where he led enterprise-scale operations across logistics, maintenance, and advanced manufacturing and helped drive the Department of Defense’s adoption of additive manufacturing for sustainment and readiness. Kirk is also Co-founder and President of the Association of Marine Corps Logisticians (AMCL), where he works to advance professional education and innovation across the military logistics community.

Wendy is the CTO of Accio3D. She has a successful track record consistently delivering products on time with in-house and outsourced teams spanning multiple time zones. She was previously the President and CTO of RadarFirst, leading Data Science, Engineering, and Product. At RadarFirst, she led the development of AI-first solutions as well as transformed internal adoption of AI for engineering efficiencies. She has also held Engineering leadership and development roles at New Relic, XPO Logistics, and Bank of America.

Bindiya Vakil is a serial entrepreneur and supply-chain thought leader. She is Founder and CEO of Accio3D, which offers AI agents to help companies find 3D printing solutions for their hard-to-source mechanical parts. Previously, she was Founder and CEO of Resilinc from 2010-2025, now majority-owned by Vista Equity Partners. Resilinc was recognized in 2025 as the Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for supply chain risk and resilience. Bindiya is frequently on TV, cited in mainstream media and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from SDC Executive in 2023. She has authored several articles for Harvard Business Review and other major publications.
